We have realised that Germany became the biggest economy in Europe today because they have professional related training programs which can lead you a specific and specialised jobs.
The vocational occupations (Ausbildung system) in Germany is enviable and second to none.
They have over 388 vocational occupations in any educational background without age limits.
The training age starts from 16 to 25year old. But in some exceptional professions even if you are 40 years and above you are also eligible.
AGAF have adapted this model of craftsmanship training programs as our vision 2023.
